all is ready,

preparations made,

plenty of sleep,

right thoughts,

eating proper food,

plus exercise,

requesting through prayer

benevolent outcome,

help from ancestors,

spirits loving,

caring, for people,

committing oneself

on personal path

of Soul

expression this lifetime,

it flows.
