It's difficult regulating

prolonged information

barrage

that inundates territories

of waking

consciousness,

dreams also contribute

their bizarre

imagery,

wherein daily decision

making sometimes

stalls

when filtering data

onslaught through

channels,

waiting for Guidance

to show

direction

turns into opportunity

for sitting

quietly,

feeling toward authentic

joy response

ability,

using senses, welcoming

continued input.
