Exposure to society,

meeting people,

new and old

friends, acquaintances,

ignites mysterious inspiration

as fuel

for creative process,

something said

poignantly by another,

witnessing activism

through art, community,

encountering kindness,

love and compassion,

stirs heart

which reflects favorable

human potential

to evolve, or

go down

singing and dancing,

believing transformative

redemption is possible,

forever probable,

when individual souls

share gifts

from inside out.
