Life demands I open,

break through, dissolve layers

that keep me captured

in past spun web

tied with societal, familial,

worldly notions about interplay

between heart, soul, body,

mind, when relationship enters

running gamut of emotions,

thoughts, into chaotic cacophony

until I breathe, breathe,

release shoulders, fill chest,

tap into omnipresent Source,

Soul, feeling the Unknown

within each Sacred Moment

of now, now, next,

realizing I'm the 'chrysalis',

caterpillar, and butterfly on

journey of loving expansion.
