Begin Again

Each day reminds

there's another opportunity,

many in fact,

to revisit challenges

that arrived recently,

whether self induced

or societal constraints

attached upon me,

my shouldered burden

while awake, asleep,

needing an exorcism

down to roots,

rerouting thoughts, energy,

the dream sequences

of what's possible,

now, this moment,

after self care

eases the hold,

again meeting myself

I begin again.
