Nature does this,

as do

humans,

for better, worse,

though former

flourishes,

the latter endures

having little

faith,

trying to survive,

with small

beliefs kept in box

creating false

security,

forgetting constant renewal

is 'self

care',

through cycles of

sprouting to

compost,

rooted in Earth,

reaching toward

Sun,

Life invites relaxed

stretching and

adaptation.
