There's Always More

Form, shape, color of stones and land mass at waterfall near cave on Mull's western shore.

There's Always More
6/30/10

Life arrives fresh each day
through never ending space, time,
as sunrise, sunset dance opposites
giving humans way to distinguish
starts and stops, good, bad,
when comparing past to present
while future keeps rolling ahead,
sometimes though we become callous,
imagining 'Seen it all before.'
forgetting to ready our senses
for engaging some original experience,
a juxtaposition of startling circumstances
giving opportunity to awaken curiosity,
broaden our scope of Existence,
this miracle palette to paint
unique masterpiece of life upon,
where our 'word' becomes form,
action creates shape, emotions color,
enthralled thinking 'There's always more.'
